About Us

For over 30 years, Peter has provided financial advice to some of Washington, DC’s top attorneys. Through this experience, Peter has continually refined his understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities these busy professionals face. Peter was originally drawn to this specialty field through a natural entrepreneurial spirit and a personal interest in the law. The son of an attorney, Peter observed firsthand his father’s commitment to his clients. The exposure to the demands of a legal practice gave him an appreciation for the needs of those working in the field.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional, Peter not only assists clients with developing plans, he also works with them to ensure the successful implementation of the investment, insurance, and other strategies required to see the plans come to fruition.

Since the start of his career in 1987, Peter has been active in professional and charitable organizations and served in corporate advisory roles. Active on the MassMutual Advisors Association for many years, Peter served as Chairman of the Wealth Management Committee from 2016 – 2018. He served as President of the Helping Hands Society (HHS) of Greater Washington – a charitable foundation supported by members of the financial services professions from 2015 – 2018. Past board service has included Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Hope for Henry and Health in Harmony. Peter was honored as the 2019 recipient of The Legacy Award given by NAIFA-GW in recognition of high standards of professional conduct and service to their community.

Outside of work, Peter travels extensively and enjoys experiencing different cultures, foods, and places. Peter is a regular blood donor and a passionate advocate for this cause. He and his wife Lisa reside in Bethesda, Maryland with their two daughters.

Colin began his career in financial services with MassMutual in 2004 after working in the telecommunications industry. In 2013, he co-founded Veritas Financial, where he continued to grow his practice, primarily serving business owners and executives through fee-based financial planning. In 2019, he partnered with Peter Glassman to form Wealth Insight Partners, a boutique wealth management firm focused on delivering a highly personalized experience for sophisticated clients.

Colin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and holds the Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS) designation. He has been recognized for his work in the industry with multiple honors, including being named one of Washingtonian Magazine’s Best Financial Advisors for several years and receiving Bethesda Magazine’s Top Financial Professionals recognition across multiple years. In 2026, Colin and his team were named to Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams, and Colin was also recognized individually as a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor.

He is a past President of the MassMutual Advisors Association, a volunteer role representing more than 7,500 advisors nationwide, and is a member of the CFP Board, Finseca, and NAIFA. Colin is actively involved in the community through Leadership Greater Washington (Class of 2014) and has served on several nonprofit boards, including Alternative Paths Training School and For Love of Children (FLOC), where he previously served as board chair.

Colin and his wife are also active supporters of the Lilabean Foundation, where they serve on the host committee for the annual Fall Ball.

Outside of work, Colin enjoys automobile racing, tennis, CrossFit, golf, and live music. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife, Suzanne, who joined Wealth Insight Partners in 2018 to support business operations and strategy—and their three children, Jackie (15), Sean (13), and Charlie (10).

Prior to joining Wealth Insight Partners, Suzanne spent nearly twenty years as Senior Director at The Advisory Board, a firm that provides consulting, technology and best practice research to hospitals. She specialized in the revenue cycle division helping hospital executives improve patient access processes and overall revenue cycle operations.

In 2018, she joined her husband, Colin, in his financial planning practice. This was a conscious decision to channel her time, effort and energy into the family business. She was instrumental in helping with the launch of Wealth Insight Partners and now helps run operations for the firm.

Suzanne earned her BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Over the last two decades, she has served on multiple boards including Washington Latin Public Charter School, Wood Acres PTA and Blue Igloo Playgroup, a non-profit playgroup in Georgetown for children prior to entering preschool.

As a mother of three (and Cupcake the King Charles Cavalier) and lover of ballet, in her free time she enjoys tennis, travel, and spending time with her family.

Mark is a Director of Financial Planning and a Certified Financial Planner™ with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families.


His focus is on taking complicated financial topics and breaking them down into clear, understandable ideas. Whether the conversation is about retirement, taxes, investments, insurance, or estate planning, Mark’s goal is to help clients understand what is happening, why it matters, and what decisions make sense for them. He believes good financial planning is not about complexity, but about clarity and confidence.
Mark earned a BS in Biology from Dickinson College and lives in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, biking, basketball, golf, and cheering on the New York Giants.

Jim, Managing Director, discovered a passion for investing at an early age through lessons from his grandfather about saving, discipline, and long-term wealth building.

After earning an engineering degree from Bucknell University, Jim brought his analytical mindset to the financial services industry, where he has worked with individuals and families since 2007. He is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions and navigate complex investment landscapes with confidence.

Jim and his wife, Denise, have three sons: William, Matthew, and Jason (JT). Much of his time outside the office is spent with his family at youth sporting events, where he can often be found coaching from the dugout or cheering from the sidelines.

He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations.

Dan was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He obtained his BS in Finance from The University of Tennessee-Martin and currently holds his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, CRPC®, and Certified Investment Management Analyst®, CIMA®, certifications.
Dan has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry; including portfolio management, client services, and financial advisor. He is a licensed professional, holding the Series 7, Series 66 and Series 63.

Dan lives in St. Louis with his wife, Paige, and their three children.  In his free time, Dan enjoys traveling with his family, playing tennis, and exploring local restaurants and cafes.

Meghan was born and raised in California and earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She brings a background spanning client engagement, insurance operations, and financial services, with a strong focus on creating a seamless and thoughtful client experience. In her role as Associate Director of Insurance and Client Engagement, Meghan is known for her attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to guide clients through complex processes with care and clarity. She is passionate about continuous learning and expanding her knowledge across the broader financial planning and financial services industry.

Based in North Bethesda, MD, Meghan lives with her partner, Bennett, and their dog, Zander. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local restaurants and coffee shops, staying active through Yoga, Pilates, and long walks, and spending time outdoors whenever possible.

Kim was born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs and earned her B.S. in Finance from Towson University, where she was a four-year member of the women’s soccer team. She brings more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on investment operations. Kim is a licensed financial professional holding the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.

She lives outside of Philadelphia with her wife, Meagan, their two daughters, and their German Shepherd, Bruce. Outside of work, Kim enjoys running and spending time outdoors hiking and exploring with her family.

Victoria was born and raised in Long Island, New York, and earned her degree from SUNY Farmingdale. She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, bringing a strong foundation of financial knowledge and a detail-oriented approach to her role as an Investment Client Service Associate. Victoria is passionate about delivering a seamless client experience and building lasting relationships through thoughtful, attentive service. Now based in Tampa, Florida, Victoria lives with her boyfriend, Anthony. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new workout classes, exploring local restaurants, and spending time at the beach whenever she can.

Chris was born and raised in southern Connecticut. Heattended Dartmouth College, where he studied History and Classics.

Chris began working with Colin in 2018 as an Investments Specialist and was part of the inaugural

WIP team. In 2021, Chris departed WIP to obtain an MBA and MS from the University of Michigan. After working in renewable energy for several years, Chris rejoined the WIP family as an Associate Director of Financial Planning. He enjoys partnering with clients to identify their values-based goals and working together to support their long-term goals.

Chris lives in Boston with his wife, Caroline, and their son. He loves biking, attending the theater and hosting vegetarian dinner parties.
