How We Support Our Communities
We approach community service through three key initiatives that maximize both our collective impact and individual passions. First, we provide our team members with paid time off and monetary matches to support the causes they care about most, recognizing that meaningful giving is personal. Second, we organize firm-wide events where our entire team comes together to donate both time and resources to shared
causes, creating opportunities for collective action and team building around service. Finally, our team members bring their expertise to the community through extensive volunteer work, serving on nonprofit boards and participating in community service events that leverage their professional skills to create lasting change.

Featured Organizations
We proudly support birdSEED’s mission to close the racial wealth gap by helping historically disadvantaged communities achieve homeownership. Through “no strings attached” down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers, this organization provides rapid philanthropy that gets resources directly to families on the day they close on their homes, building wealth and stability one home at a time.
We participate in supporting Sinai House’s mission to help families transition from homelessness toward self-sufficiency. By providing safe and affordable housing, comprehensive social services, and financial support, this organization creates pathways to stability and independence for vulnerable families in our community.
Every child deserves access to nutritious food. We support Share Our Strength’s efforts to ensure children have access to meals in schools and provide financial support to families struggling to afford groceries. This work addresses a fundamental need that affects children’s ability to learn, grow, and thrive.
