For over 30 years, Peter has provided financial advice to some of Washington, DC’s top attorneys. Through this experience, Peter has continually refined his understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities these busy professionals face.

Through this experience, Peter has continually refined his understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities these busy professionals face. Peter was originally drawn to this specialty field through a natural entrepreneurial spirit and a personal interest in the law. The son of an attorney, Peter observed firsthand his father’s commitment to his clients. The exposure to the demands of a legal practice gave him an appreciation for the needs of those working in the field.

As a Certified Financial Planning Professional (CFP®), Peter not only assists clients with developing plans, he also works with them to ensure the successful implementation of the investment, insurance, and other strategies required to see the plans come to fruition.

Since the start if his career in 1987, Peter has been active in professional and charitable organizations and served in corporate advisory roles. Active on the MassMutual Advisors Association for many years, Peter served as Chairman of the Wealth Management Committee from 2016 – 2018. Peter served as President of the Helping Hands Society (HHS) of Greater Washington – a charitable foundation supported by members of the financial services professions from 2015 – 2018. Past board service has included Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Hope for Henry and Health in Harmony. Peter was honored as the 2019 recipient of The Legacy Award given by NAIFA-GW in recognition of high standards of professional conduct and service to their community.

Outside of work, Peter travels extensively and enjoys experiencing different cultures, foods, and places. Peter is a regular blood donor and a passionate advocate for this cause. He and his wife Lisa reside in Arlington, Virginia with their two daughters.

COLIN KIMPELCFP®

Colin started his career in financial services with MassMutual in 2004 after working in the telecommunications industry. He co-founded a financial services firm, Veritas Financial, in 2013 where he continued to grow his practice and serve his clients using fee-based financial planning, the majority of which are business owners and executives.

In 2019, together with Peter Glassman, he formed Wealth Insight Partners, a boutique wealth management firm focused on smart and discerning clients who value a customized client experience.

Colin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a Certified Financial PlannerTM Professional (CFP®) and a Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS). He serves on an advisory committee to a Fortune 100 financial services company with the goal of improving client experience through the use of technology. On two occasions, Colin has been awarded Washingtonian Magazine’s distinction as one of the area’s Best Financial Advisors. He is also a member of the Leadership for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), an industry association that works with key Congressional leaders on policies affecting the life insurance industry, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

He is actively is involved in Leadership Greater Washington and in EODC, the Entrepreneurship Organization for business owners in the DC area, where he was also a board member. In addition, Colin volunteers on two non-profit boards concerned with children’s wellbeing and education: For Love of Children (FLOC), serving as Board Chair, which provides after-school programs to underprivileged children, and Alternative Paths Training School, a school for children with developmental disabilities.

Outside of work, Colin is an avid automobile racer, CrossFitter, golfer and a big fan of live music and sporting events. He resides in Bethesda, MD, with his wife, Suzanne (who recently joined Wealth Insight Partners to support with business operations and strategy), and their three young children, Jackie (8), Sean (6), and Charlie (3).

SUZANNE KIMPEL

Prior to joining Wealth Insight Partners, Suzanne spent nearly twenty years as Senior Director at The Advisory Board, a firm that provides consulting, technology and best practice research to hospitals. Suzanne is a mother of three and lover of ballet, in her free time she enjoys....

Prior to joining Wealth Insight Partners, Suzanne spent nearly twenty years as Senior Director at The Advisory Board, a firm that provides consulting, technology and best practice research to hospitals. She specialized in the revenue cycle division helping hospital executives improve patient access processes and overall revenue cycle operations.

In 2018, she decided to join her husband, Colin, in his financial planning practice. This was a conscious decision to channel her time, effort and energy into the family business. A business built on the foundation of helping people.

Suzanne earned her BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Over the last two decades, she has served on multiple boards including Washington Latin Public Charter School and Blue Igloo Playgroup, a non-profit playgroup in Georgetown for children prior to entering preschool.

As a mother of three and lover of ballet, in her free time, she enjoys an occasional game of tennis and spending time with her family.

MARK MOLOWA CFP®

Mark was born and raised in New Jersey and has a BS in Biology from Dickinson College. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ with a decade of experience in the financial services industry.

As Director – Financial Planning, he uses his knowledge, experience, and analytical skills to thoroughly review the entire fiscal landscape for our clients. He enjoys helping individuals and families navigate through their financial life. His attention to detail and broad knowledge of tax, insurance, financial plan modelling, retirement planning, and estate planning helps him bring strategy and clarity to managing wealth for our clients.

Mark currently lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, biking, basketball, and golf. He is also an avid fan of the New York Giants.

JIM RITTER

Jim, Financial Advisor, learned about saving and investments from a young age, and has always been mesmerized by the stock market.

Jim earned an engineering degree from Bucknell University. Jim began his career in project management. He became a financial advisor in 2007. He and his wife Denise have two sons, William and Matthew. Jim is a member of Vienna Presbyterian Church and is active in the Christian Businessmen’s Connection (CBMC). On nights and weekends, he will most likely be found with his family on a ball field – playing, coaching, or watching any number of sports.

He holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations with FINRA. He is licensed to sell securities in AL, CA, CO, DC, IL, IN, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NY, OK, PA, VA, WA, WV and to sell life and health insurance in DC, IL, LA, MD, NY, OH, PA, VA, and VT.

MELANIE YATES

Melanie Yates was born and raised in Northern Virginia and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland and her MBA at Strayer University. Currently she resides in Southern California.

Melanie is no stranger to working in financial services, having spent more than 14 years in the business. Melanie is a licensed Financial Services Professional.

In Melanie’s spare time she volunteers at Habitat for Humanity, Los Angeles, So Others May Eat (SOME) and supports the local March of Dimes and Toys for Tots programs. Melanie and her husband along with her two children enjoy living close to the beach.

MARIA SENIOR

Maria was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Economics at Florida International University where she was honored with the Economics Academic Achievement Award for her academic performance.

Maria also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from the University of Miami; she graduated class Valedictorian in 2010. She is currently working towards her Masters in Finance from Florida International University.

Maria has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry; including banking, wealth management and client services. She is a licensed professional, holding the Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66.

Maria lives in South Florida with her husband David and her two children Sebastian and Victoria. In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, cooking complicated French recipes, and travelling back to her native Colombia to see her extended family.

JILL CHASE

Jill brings a range of experiences in public service, volunteerism, and improving wellness to her role as Director of Client Services and Operations Assistant. For 13 years, she served as a financial bank examiner, consumer compliance examiner, and in a review/supervisory capacity with the FDIC and the Federal Reserve Board.

While raising her family, Jill became an active volunteer and wellness advocate. She currently co-manages a grassroots charity providing medical supplies to children in developing nations and is a volunteer member of the Loudoun Medical Reserve Corp. Jill also is a registered yoga teacher dedicated to bringing perspective and relaxation to her fellow yogis. In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and hiking. She is from Buffalo, NY and holds a degree in Finance from St. Bonaventure University.

MARK LESTERCFP®

Mark, Director of Compliance, began his financial services career in 2001, working as an agent for Capitol Financial Partners in Vienna, VA. He found his niche in Financial Planning and was promoted to Director of Financial Planning in 2004.

A graduate of The University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree, Mark Lester holds Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 24 and 53 securities registrations. Mark has also earned an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University.

Mark enjoys canoeing, camping, hiking, photography, and playing guitar. He is a volunteer in the public and business community. Mark has served on committees for the Arthritis Foundation, and the National Capital Chapter of the Business Ethics Award.

Frank Tedesco

Frank is a Certified Financial Planner with over 15 years in the financial services industry. His background includes experience in institutional asset management, private wealth, and financial planning.

As Director- Financial Planning, Frank helps clients construct and implement a financial plan that is specific to their unique circumstances and objectives. By helping navigate through the intricacies of their financial lives, Frank works with clients to set the course toward their long-term financial goals.

Frank received his BS in finance and MBA from the University of Connecticut. He currently lives in Simsbury, CT with his wife, son, and cockapoo. Outside of work, you can find Frank exploring New England with his family, hiking, or catching a live show.

Kelli Stein

Kelli joins Wealth Insight Partners with a decade of experience in the finance industry. Kelli began her journey with another large financial services company, serving in a variety of roles including, Director of Recruitment for four offices in upstate New York, Operations Manager for an advisor and his team, and finally, as the Director of Insurance Operations.

Kelli joins Wealth Insight Partners with a decade of experience in the finance industry. Kelli began her journey with another large financial services company, serving in a variety of roles including, Director of Recruitment for four offices in upstate New York, Operations Manager for an advisor and his team, and finally, as the Director of Insurance Operations. In that role, she took pride in assisting clients and staff with the ever-evolving technology in the financial services industry to aid in streamlining the process for clients and staff.

Kelli leveraged her previous experiences to help a woman-owned practice improve their ability to create and deliver a seamless approach to client success. Prior to working in finance, Kelli gained unique experience in social services, where she helped a diverse group of emotionally and behaviorally challenged adolescents and their families. In addition, she served as the Director of the Youth Adventure and Leadership program, aimed at keeping kids away from drugs and violence. Kelli holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a concentration in Education and Psychology.

Natives of upstate New York, Kelli, and her significant other, Kevin currently live with Kelli’s daughter, Jailyn. Not only does Kelli love coaching Jailyn’s basketball team, but she also enjoys sitting in the bleachers cheering on the entire team. If it’s not basketball she is coaching, she can also be found volunteering for Jailyn’s school events and field trips.

Kelli founded a nonprofit in 2013, NorthEast Pit Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc. Kelli and her family actively rescue animals in need, concentrating on bully breeds. Not only does she rescue these animals, but she also provides all the necessary care, including rehab. She began this rescue to raise awareness about these often-misunderstood breeds, and to provide proper education and support to the community.
